We ship all orders via DHL or Aramex Express Shipping service and is currently free.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Processing of your order generally occurs within 24 hours of when the order was placed. Your package will be shipped via Aramex and delivered during normal business hours Sunday through Thursday, except for local holidays.

Please note that the delivery time frames above are calculated using business days from the date of your order- Fridays, Saturdays, and local holidays are excluded from these estimates.

For your own security, you may be required to verify your credit card payment data before the item is shipped. Mengloria reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation. Affected customers will be notified by Mengloria Customer Service.

Does Mengloria ship to APO/FBO or PO Boxes?

To ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, we are unable to deliver any orders to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for your order.

Does Mengloria ship to multiple addresses from a single order?

We do not ship to multiple addresses on a single order. Please create a separate order for each shipping address.

When will I be notified that my order has shipped?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an initial email with an invoice confirming your order.

A second email will arrive once the product is dispatched by Aramex. This second email will contain your Aramex tracking number. You can use this number on and check the status of your order in real-time. There may be a delay from when you receive the email to when your package shows up on the Aramex system.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with an Aramex tracking number. This will be sent separately from the initial email showing that your order was processed. Once you do receive the tracking number you can visit and enter your tracking number to check the status of your order. Please keep in mind that there may be a delay from when you receive the email to when your package shows up on the Aramex system.


Mengloria is not liable for any import taxes or duty charges imposed by the delivery country. The recipient is responsible for paying these amounts and any such questions about tax or duty charges should be directed to your governmental or national import office.
