At Mengloria, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we offer returns for footwear items within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Mengloria will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise. The only exception for returns are Accessories, they're ineligible for Returns or Exchanges.
For products purchased original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment excluding shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Goods should be returned in the same condition in which they were sold, unmarked and in their original, undamaged boxes as these are considered part of the product. Goods that are returned not in the same condition in which they were sold may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Accessories can't be returned or exchanged.
International customers are responsible for payment of any fees, customs, duties, and taxes associated with returns.
Sales items are not eligible for a refund. Sales items include any order purchased at a discount including items bought with promo codes or coupon codes
A restocking fee of 15$ is chargeable on any returned goods without the original packing materials and/or product boxes.
How do I return an item?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund excluding the shipping costs of returning the merchandise, which ranges from 20 - 40 USD depending on the country where the product has been shipped to. Items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery of the product.
To return the item:
- Place the item in its original packaging and wrapping.
- Email us at email@example.com and we will look after all of the return procedures and order pick up.
If you need a different color, size or style, we offer free exchanges and a hassle free process. Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange, and you will receive a confirmation back by email under the below terms and conditions :
- Goods returned are in the same condition in which they were sold, unmarked and in their original, undamaged boxes as these are considered part of the product. Goods that are returned not in the same condition in which they were sold may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
- Return to be executed within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.
The customer service will arrange for the goods to be delivered back to our warehouse, if it met the conditions mentioned, you can place a new order online and we will issue a full refund for your original order.
Shipping is free on replacement items for one time only, but you may need to pay taxes and duties on replacement items.
Can I return items that were given to me as a gift?
If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift from Mengloria, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e., the credit card used to purchase it excluding the shipping costs. If you wish to exchange a gift purchased at Mengloria, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com for assistance. When returning a gift, please provide the order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.
For cancellations, we must receive an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from the time of purchase, to be approved of a cancellation. If we do not receive an email within 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel the order.
